In this section, OMI RRM provides the documentation published by ACER that may be of interest to OMIE and of OMIP market participants that have contracted the reporting service with OMI RRM.
The ACER agency publishes the user manual titled Transaction Reporting User Manual (TRUM) with details from the report on the market orders and transactions of the standard and non-standard contracts. TRUM is composed of a main body and appendices with specific examples and details.
It also publishes Q&As, which summarize commonly-asked questions and their answers on Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency.
ACER also publishes FAQs that contain questions received with regard to TRUM.
Occasionally, ACER addresses market participants, organized markets, and RRMs through open letters to inform them on matters that are of interest to these groups.
