Clearing house OMIClear

OMIClear, a Clearing House and Central Counterparty, began its activities in July 2006, and in October 2014, it received reauthorization to provide services as a Central Counterparty under European regulation (EMIR).

OMIClear accepts electricity derivative agreements for compensation and settlement negotiated at auctions as well as on OMIP's continuous market, and bilateral agreements registered at OMIClear.

Moreover, OMIClear compensates agreements on futures, swaps, forwards, and options with various maturation dates, with base, peak, or solar profiles, and with financial settlement or settlement by physical delivery.
