Service request

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1106 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 amending Regulations (EU) No 1227/2011 and (EU) No 2019/942 to improve the protection of the Union against market manipulation in the wholesale energy market (REMIT II Regulation), which entered into force on 7 May 2024, organised markets (OMPs) or the RRMs designated by them shall report to ACER, on behalf of all their participants, all reportable bids, with the obligation to adhere to the service remaining with the agents. Therefore, brokers participating in the markets managed by OMIP must adhere to the REMIT reporting service.

In addition, OMI RRM provides REMIT reporting services associated with non-standard gas and electricity contracts as well as a fundamental data reporting service. Core data reporting means the reporting of information relating to the capacity and utilisation of electricity and natural gas production, storage, consumption or transportation facilities, or relating to the capacity and utilisation of LNG facilities, including planned or unplanned unavailability of such facilities.
